This was my first and last online purchase with Makro.
Makro, I have been impatiently waiting for my order to be delivered. After multiple calls, emails, WhatsApp and Facebook texts, I still do not have my order. I also put in a request 2 weeks ago for you to cancel my order due to non-delivery but to this day, no one is saying anything about that. I let that go, with the hope that my order will eventually be delivered. It has been 24 days now since I placed an order with you. Next week will be 2025. I can't believe this. I am tired of hearing the same excuses. Escalation, escalation and more escalations. And still 3 weeks later, I am still missing the rest of my order. I have wasted too much data and airtime trying to communicate with you, begging for what is mine. The Courier company that YOU gave my packages to does not answer our calls. YOU already know this. I am PLEADING with you. You have reduced your customers to this. PLEASE, deliver the rest of my order or refund me, and we shall go our separate ways. No excuses, no empty promises, just what belongs to me. Yoh guys!!!
