<p>I would just like to balance out my complaint with a huge thank you to the perso n who resolved the matter in same breath of hearing me rant. </p> <p>Cecilia from Head Office went out of her way, arranged that the stock i wanted was at the branch that suited me with a sales person waiting for mw the very next day. Thank You Cecilia for listening with patience and being so efficient and keeping to your word. I cant assume your job is always easy, but You certainly are tge best person for it! </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You!!</p>
