This is very disappointing Makro

I have ordered some bottled water from Makro's online store, 12x 1.5l Bottles of Mineral Water and 10x SIX packs of 1.5l Sparkling Water on 26 Nov 2023. For some reason Makro split the order into 2 deliveries shipping the 12 bottles in one shipment and the rest in another. I first received the second half of the shipment which was supposed to be 60 Bottles (10 Six Packs) of sparkling water, but only saw after delivery that some genius sent me 10 bottles. instead of the 10x 6 packs. I accepted the delivery as I thought it was the first shipment which was supposed to be only 12 bottles. Only on opening the packaging did I see it was the sparkling water item and that it only contained 10 bottles and not the 10 six packs I ordered and paid for, I immediately contacted Makro Support and was told it would be escalated. I have contacted support a few times and called them as well, every time it is supposedly escalated. It's has been 3 weeks since I placed the order and more than 2 weeks in trying to get the rest of the order delivered. I've never experienced this from Makro and is only writing this review as I seem unable to get it resolved.
