This is the last time I buy anything from Makro.

I ordered chemicals for my pool online and specified home delivery. The order was broken up into 2 parts and some of the items were delivered. The other items were specified for store collection in Germiston. I live near Melrose, Johannesburg. I'm not going to Germiston to pick up HTH. I asked for a refund, and more than a week later, it has not been processed. The staff at the call centre state they can't tell when it will be processed because that information has not been noted on the system. Emails are not being responded to. This is the last time I buy anything from Makro.
