This is pathetic service
Hey, I've got to tell you, my faith in Makro's procurement process is sinking faster than the Titanic. The service is a joke - it's like no one's even keeping track. To give you an idea, I was told at 9:37 this morning that my item was picked up. Then I got another message saying it was on its way. Well, guess what? Nothing arrived.
So, in good faith, I went ahead and called the driver at 15:03. He assured me it was still coming. But, again, nothing. The kicker? I get a call at 18:34 that it'll be delivered tomorrow.
Well, that’s useless, isn’t it? I'm not around tomorrow and the gift was meant for my Mum who’s now off to KZN. So what bleedin' good is it to me now?
I’ve got to be honest, this is a ****show. It's utterly unacceptable. This level of ineptitude is staggering. My whole day's been shafted because of this. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself.

Your assurance that my concern has been escalated and the delivery is being prioritized is futile when it's already Tuesday and I haven't had any further communication from you or the delivery team.
Frankly, the level of service I've received is not only deeply frustrating but also appalling. It's hard to believe that a well-known and established company like Makro is able to fail so significantly in delivering basic customer service. I had high expectations owing to your reputation, but this incident is a displeasing deviation from the standard I expected.
Unless there is significant progress and communication regarding this issue by the end of today, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further. I am fully prepared to bring this matter to the attention of the Massmart Exco and the ombudsman, if necessary.
