This is part 3 of The Wonderful pathetic service at Makro online can give you as follows.
I had a wonderful morning I was very happy till I received the parcel from the Makro online store.
The item I received was in a very good sealed box you could see the courier did not tamper with the item.
I opened up the outer container that the item came in. When I removed the item from the container I discovered that the item was opened up it appears to me it is being used therefore I think it is a second-hand item where I have paid for a brand new item.
if I can give anyone advice, please do not use the Makro online store, rather go into the store and get what you want, if you cannot get it in a store go to Takealot.

I received on Friday attack for returning an item that I bought from the Makro online store so I checked the address where it was supposed to go, and to my horror discovered it is a Chinese shop in Johannesburg, I thought when you buy something from Makro you getting it from a good retail store
if I wanted to buy a cheap item I could have gone to a Chinese store myself.
And to make matters worse the courier was supposed to come today to pick up this item I'm still waiting
it is now 6:00 at night I do not think the courier is still on its way.
The one thing that really upsets me is that I cannot trust anything on the Makro online store. I do not know where they got it but I thought they got it directly from the factory.
My conclusion is as follows, I am wasting my time this is the last response to you Makro, please do something about your online store and do it honestly and above the table.
