Thinking of ordering online?? DONT!

I ordered a bag online on the 19th of August. The lead time was 7-10 days. I received a notification from Makro advising the supplier has packaged the bag and I will be notified when it departs. To this day it has still not left. It is close to a month and still no update. I called Makro last week Wednesday and they were not able to get hold of the supplier. I called again on Thursday still no update. I have cancelled the order because Makro also don’t respond to your emails.

This is the second time this has happened when ordering something online with Makro. If you thinking of ordering online don’t waste your time and money rather go to a different online supplier because clearly Marks have not vetted their suppliers.
