Think twice before you use Makro online store

I orderd a milk frother online, and after n month of receiving it, it stoped working. I logged a return online on 19 August 2024 and someone from Makro was supposed to contact me to arrange collection in 5 working days. They never contacted me, after multiple phone calls to Makro's call centre they eventually collected it from me on the 28th August, since then I have not heard any thing from them, and can not get a hold of Makro Polokwane. I am 160km from them so I can not visit the store. I phoned their call centre numerous times and requested for a manager to contact me, that did not happen. I dont get any service from them. Very unsatisfied will not recommend buying online from Makro because when you have to return something they completely ignore you.
