Think twice before ordering online from Makro because your money gets stick in a black hole 🕳

I ordered an item from Makro, they delivered the wrong item...collected it to return it and now I am waiting for my refund. This was on 14 June. Absolutely shocking service!! Customer call center just 'escalate my call' and then absolutely nothing happens. Makros error, they owe me money why do I have to fight to get what is due to me?

Will definitely not be ordering online again, terrible service and more people need to become aware of this!! I don't want to have to write a bad review, but i have tried the nice and polite way, phoned, gone into makro, but no one can give me an answer...maybe a bad review will get me an answer and my money that they owe me.
