I just want to tell you that .the floor manager called sipho nkabinde is a no go person to assist people...he doesn't have humanity ..never...I was even asking for makros head office number he denied..I wanted gentech number also he denied..I wanted my reference number for gentech he still said I must Google it...guys I'm a regular there but hey the way you are treating people it's unappreciated and unprofessional especially men who seem to see that women are polite and calmy with them...on top I was crying ..begging...I was told u won't get a new one because u messed the coil..I was so shocked ...of how can a grown up woman like me just try to mess it while I was doing that for my own kids who wanted to visit me bcz I don't have electricity where I'm staying ..why should I do that while all along I was using it when ever I come back to Pretoria from work .I ddnt even used it not even 7 times..I bought it on the 5th may n by the 30th it's wow..now I'm told it's over a month I'm not gonna get anything nothing...omg..such behavior from a man who works with people...R17,000 isn't a child's play ..I worked hard earning R456 per night to buy what will make my kids happy so that they can be like other kids..but people will make your life miserable...I can't iron...I've cut my electricity iron's cord to put it on the gas stove so that I can iron...I'm so heartbroken...or maybe it's because I'm just a nobody I'm being treated like a trash..if only maybe my mom was alive maybe I was gonna go and cry to her...Team...I don't wanna lie I'm so broken spiritually and emotionally because of makro wonderboom management...but Team I hope your stuff must try to understand people not just but treat them with respect and a sense of humor...
