*******, refusal of my refund

Hi,

It us very sad and annoying that your store refuses to refund me for an order that was made on the 26th of November 2017. Firstly a used step ladder was delivered to me and I refused to accept it as I purchased a new item and not used. The tea set was lost somewhere with other orders and it never reached me.

This is really uncalled for and the service I received from the Online manager from Crown mines branch is the most horandous service ever.

Please arrange for my refund to be processed immediately.
