Placed my first online this morning order M A K 4 8 1 1 8 6 6 & before 11am I received a notification that my order was received by the Courier partner. I literally waited so since after 6pm I assumed my order would arrive tomorrow which is weird as I live less than 2kms from the nearest Makro. Then I received a notification not so long ago that my order was delivered but where to exactly & according to the link I signed for it?
Like how is it possible as I have to open the gate in order to access my security complex and I live right at the end. No one called. Obviously I am upset that the driver was so blatantly dishonest and I paid for goods I never received!
I'm so disgusted honestly & it's after business hours so I can't do anything. No wonder your trust rating here is 2 . 5 out of 1 0. Makes total sense and you don't even respond to complaints.
I received a call from Bhekimusa Ngobeni this morning saying he had a "problem with the app" hence he could not deliver my order yesterday but would do so this morning. I received my order this morning however the situation still doesn't add up. I live 2kms from the collection point which is 4mins drive away so what on earth was he doing driving around with my package all day? Secondly, the live tracking gave a completely different address? Thirdly, the Wumdrop link indicated I signed for my order which is so a lie. I get that mistakes happen but the intent is a major issue and Bhekimusa Ngobeni is lucky as I was about to lay a ******** charge of Theft against this him. Makro needs to take responsibility for your Courier partner as I won't be making use of your online service again. Far too many reviews are regarding non delivery of goods.
