They'll take your money instantly and give you nothing!

Placed on order on 22 April. Got e-mail and SMS that courier would contact me by 29 April for delivery. Today is 06 May 2019 and nothing. Two calls last week to the "contact centre" left me completely confused about the soap opera that they ahve with their couriers. On calling again today: First person dropped the call. Second person - Franceska - could not hear me and asked me to call back. Third person couldn't hear me at all so I ended the call. Fourth person - Jade - advised systems are down and management are "in a meeting" and would not put me through to Franceska because "everyone's systems were down" Fifth person - Busi - advised that systems went down this morning and no-one is able to assist me. I asked her to get a pen and paper and take down my order number and phone number and provide me with feedback. She apologised for the frustration but their systems have been down the whole day. Okay, but I placed my order and they took my money on 22 April. Have their systems been down all this time, so much that they couldn't even respond to two separate email?
