They take your money and only then tell you they are out of stock
I recently ordered 2 lots of cement online they took R7600 from my account and only then informed me that they were out of stock. I now have to wait between 2-10 working days to get my money back and can’t afford to buy cement from anywhere else until I get it back. How can these ****** take money from you and then tell you they have no stock. My emails remain unanswered with only the usual reply that they are dealing with a larger than usual load. I’m not surprised if they ***** your money on a regular basis which seems like the case . They should have a system that stops them taking money for something they don’t have in any other country the banks would intervene

25 Nov 2024, 16:08You may have refunded me promptly but you didn’t express the refund as you should have , the money came out of my account on the 19/11 and it is now the 26/11 and it still isn’t back in my account. So don’t be patting yourselves on the back for refunding the money you should never have taken in the first place. I still am not in a position to buy elsewhere !!
