They made me wait days for my order and then canceled it
Never in my whole life have I been let down by a company like this. Makro made my wait days for my order and then canceled it.i have no food and have no money to buy food because I ordered using payflex. I can't get a cash refund to my card. WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED????????ONE MOMENT I GET AN SMS THAT THE DRIVER CALLED NTSAKO IS ON THE WAY AND THE NEXT MOMENT ORDER IS CANCELED!!!! I am do unhappy with you. How do you cancel my order for no reason???

30 Nov 2025, 11:48It seems to me the driver canceled the delivery on the basis that he collected an incorrect parcel so he can knock off because I called him shortly after to ask him why the order was canceled when he was on his way already. He simply said he has knocked off. Please look into this, I do not have the funds to place another order and I want my order. I never requested any refund.
