They don’t stick to the refund policy and trash customer service
Worst experience ever on makro. False adverti*****t of a product i made a return 8 months ago and im still waiting for a refund. I kept calling,sending emails and contacting them on WhatsApp but they just kept going in circles.i was supposed to get the refund within 14 days after the they collect the items, i didnt then i called after 2 weeks they said i should wait 24 hours but and never got it.Opened a case for me that didn’t go anywhere. This is a total **** of a company. They will not refund you and just keep promising to escalate the matter hoping you somehow forget about your money. I will keep writing bad reviews until i get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO. Customer service is trash
