They don't fulfil online orders!!!!

This is the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. I ordered online on the 10th of December 2024 and I was informed that my order would be delivered on the 20th of December 2024. It is the 3rd of January as I wrote this and I still don't have my order. I've emailed but have yet to get any assistance. This is so dissappointing.
