They don’t care!

I bought something online where they set an automatic delivery date of 27 December and I call to tell them I won’t be around at that time I will be out of country, can I change or ask that it be a pick up instead, they say it’s system generated and can’t be changed!? To which I ask what are my options, they say the driver will try deliver and call to arrange for an alternative time… but I am out of country I say… then they say if they can’t get hold of you they will refund you your money???!

I do not place an order with the intention of being refunded my money! This just suggests that my purchase is not meaningful to them. Or the reason I am buying the product
