They dont care about customers. All they need is our money. 😡😡😡
I requested for all the items to be cancelled because I waited too long and those items are no longer needed. If this order cant be cancelled why do you just let me know. If it cant be cancelled just deliver it. Im very disappointed and I dont feel like placing any order from your app. I have called customer care more than 5 times. I have been told my order is with polokwane makro and they agent even told me the number for makro polokwane doesnt work. I had to find the number and called polokwane makro to my surprise the number works. Please cancel my order and refund my money its been more than three weeks since I ordered. Im ****ed off 😡😡😡😡😡😡

06 Jun 2025, 06:20Support agent called me, she said Polokwane Makro says they can't cancel and refund my order because I used Payflex payment method. It's very weird because whether I used Payflex that's still my money. Payflex is not a free voucher. Please cancel my order and refund my money.

I have used it on Takealot and many times and if order is cancelled the money gets refunded to my Payflex account. Question: Did you refund my money to my Payflex account?
