They claimed to have delivered my washing machine when they had not.

Im extremely dissapointed in Makro. Ordered a washing machine on the 21st of June and they Claimed to have delivered it when they have not.They are ****mers now😡😡😡😡😡😡 Im struggling to get a refund and i call them everyday but nothing has been done.
