There should be an option for zero star rating

Worst customer service Order not received , service and feedback are actually zero rated. Paid R6200.00 and received message that order has been delivered on 5 Dec its now 16 Dec no delivery and the audacity to ask for a review THIS IS MAKRO RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!
