Their word against ours!!

Makro give us really competitive prices and some times they make a mistake on the till slip. I send my driver with a card to collect our orders and pay for them. This time there was a problem with the price of cream. We attracted credit on our sale. No paper work was generated for the driver to sign, there is no hard evidence that money was paid to the driver. NO signed acknowledgement. I can not believe that a huge company like Makro does not have systems in place for such a simple prodcedure.
