Their salesperson sold me a wrong carrridge
Their sales person sold me a wrong cartridge even after i gave him the printer number and he insisted i take it as it has more printout as compared to the one i usually buy. Now the manager Keagan is refusing to exchange it and they say i opened it and they can't take an open cartridge. I bought it for R630 on the 11th November 2015 and they say their policy states 14 days exchange. Now i am sitting with a cartridge i can't use and a loss of R630, please assist. Thank you
