Their online service is deplorable!

RATHER BUY ON TAKEALOT! I made the terrible mistake of buying from Makro online. I regret it with every Fibre of my being! They do not give you details about the status of your order so you do not have a single idea when your goods will arrive. Good luck getting in touch with anyone who knows anything. Their customer care agents have no idea about how anything works and all they do is transfer you around. I asked a simple question and none of them could answer me. My order is very late and I am so frustrated. I should have just bought on takealot. The things I ordered on takealot arrived last week already. Save yourself the headache and just buy somewhere else if you were planning on using their online services.

I still have not received any concrete feedback about the status of my order. By the looks of things, there haven't been any changes since I wrote this review. Calling your customer support doesn't change things either because, once again, your customer care agents never have answers. Their response is always "I don't know why...". What's the point of having a support service if staff is not adequately trained. There is a delay that can't even be traced on your end. Clearly trading online is defeating the business. You are completely *********** in that department. This has been the most frustrating online shopping experience I've ever had. Never again, and I will warn anyone else who wants to make the same mistake.
