THEIR ONLINE MARKET PLACE NEVER DELIVER.

I bought fans on Makro online. They keep on brushing me off with getting my product that didn't arrive. I ordered two of one kind of fan. They said it was from their online Marketplace. They only delivered one of the 2. Everyday I follow up they say it is with returns and usual script sorry for inconvenience caused. Second bad experience now with online shopping. If they do not exclusively sell the product do not buy. So tired of the bad level of service from these big stores. Always the same generic responses and no urgency for customer service and resolving anything. But quick to take payment. Those fans ate still being sold on Mskro. Yet they can't get feedback as to where my undelivered 2nd fan is.
