Theft, unreliable services, poor management

I have made a purchase of a Camp Master Chair for the value of R699 Three weeks ago intending to use it the Saturday, using my Ucount rewards.Makro has deducted the points from my account and declined the order, its been three weeks now with no feedback and no refund.
