Theft infront of security

<p>Good day, I am disgusted and terrified to go to Makro Silverlakes. On Sunday the 02/10/2016 i was doing my shopping for the first time at Makro Silverlakes because of the savings. A Customer starting having conversation with me about discounts and savings at Makro. She informed me about her friend who works there that helps her shop whenever she comes for shopping. She gave me her friends number "Thandi" and advised whenever I come shopping I should call her and she will scan my items and inform me on all specials and discount. "Thandi" cam with casual clothes and a tag around her neck. I greeted and asked her where her uniform and tag were and she said she is off for the day but came to help her friend with her shopping informing me about the "points" she receives when she helps her customers. Both of them looked like good trustworthy people and knew what they were talking about. "Thandi" were wearing a white tight t-shirt and blue jean. "Thandi" took my trolley and I said that I am not done with my shopping where she advised it is okay she wants to scan what i have so far and I can continue the shopping once she's done. I walked with her friend with long braids(that were also shopping) that we can wait outside untill "thandi" finishes the scanning in the stockroom. We waited before the exit of Makro and "Thandi" came out and said I can go with her to the stockroom. She then told her friend she will fetch her once we're done in the stockroom then she can come with her trolley that were scanned. She then informed me i am not allowed to take my handbag in the stockroom and can leave it with her friend. I hesitated and told her that I can not do that and she said to make me comfortable she can lock my handbag in the locker room. I told her I will come with her and she told me I am not allowed in the locker rooms. I already gave my handbag and she said not to worry, i asked her for my cellphone and she said for security reasons the cellphone cannot go to the stockroom, and as she walked in the entrance she greeted the security so I felt she knew the security and deifinitely woring for Makro. She then phoned her friend that i was with and said she wants to talk to me. On her screen it was not "thandi" but "Mada 1" and she informed me to meet her at the stockroom. As I walked in I asked the security if he knew the lady that walked in with my handbag and he said she was here before. I asked if she worked at Makro and he told me he does not know. I went to the stockroom where she told me an there were no stockroom. I ran towards the exit and started freaking out because everything, cash, cards and licenses of both me and my husband are in that handbag. One of the workers in the parking area with a wrap around two of his fingers told me he saw everything and took the registration nr of the car FK47 FG GP where the ladies ran towards when i entered Makro. They withdrawed R 1500 of the business account of my husband because the details of the account is inside my handbag. My cellphone i just upgraded and do not have insurance on it yet. I lost everything in one day - my car keys was also in my handbag and asked the car guard to watch my car. My husband came and one of the staff of Makro had an iphone on which we tracked my phone. They switched off my phone at one point and we couldnt find them or my handbag. I am shocked and lost. I trusted the two ladies who looked innocent and trustworthy and knew what they were talking about. I want to warn everyone because the last location of my phone is nr 9 Raymond street Hilbrow which is a very dangerous area. I made a statement at the police station and are definety sharing my story and loss with the media. I can not stop crying after what happened.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
