Theft by retailer and non-existent communication channels

There are numerous orders that I placed online with Makro which re still in progress. Such goods have not been delivered yet payment was taken months ago in some cases. Makro does not provide any channel to follow up or query these issues and does not respond to communication sent online via their website.
