THEFT A MACRO WOODMEAD

my partner and i went to Macro in Woodmead 2 weeks ago. We were shopping for a fridge and a few house things. We met an employee (well a man dressed as an employee) with uniform and all and he offered us his assistance to a point of even offering staff discount. so my partner and another man discussed this with him and did some transactions and basically they realized afterwards it was a ****.. ok fine its no macros fault we gave a stranger whom we thought was an employee our money but when we went back to macro the next day the staff was very rude the marketing lady i think her name was palesa mabe and her colleague didnt care to assist us in anyway, they told us they know about this man, that they are a pair, him and a lady they dress like employees and come often to **** people but they cant make an announcement because it will scare customers and they are worried about their ''reputation''... we asked to see camera footage so we can identify his face so they can be aware and catch him the next time he comes since hes there often and they said they would get back to us but never did. I am very upset with the way the staff conducted themselves and they would rather save their reputation than warn customers of ******* dressed as employees and actually try to catch them
