The worst shopping experience I've had

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a washing machine from them and they tried to deliver to the wrong address. 2 weeks later and 7 phone calls trying to cancel it, I'm sitting with no washing machine and R9000 less to my name. Makro keeps escalating the issue and refuse to help, cancel or refund. Makro now has a washing machine and R9000 of my money and refuse to give it back
