The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire existance

I have never ever experienced such horrible service. Makro SA are ****mers.

I am very disappointed with Makro SA ,I placed an online order on the 23rd of May, up to today I haven't received my order. I have made several calls to follow up on it, spoke to different managers but sadly non of them were helpful, instead they all promise me a call back which has never happened... Bongani Kubheka,Keith and Christen Kelly are 3 managers I spoke to. I even went to the store Makro carnival on Saturday and spoke to Fayaz who also promised to escalate the matter and I will have my money by today 18June. However I am yet to see my money.

4 weeks later,no order and also no refund. you are ****mers.

If I don't have my money in the next 24 hours,I am going back to the store, I am not leaving until I get my money and that all will be recorded on live social media platforms.
