The worst service ever. I ordered 3 items on Dec 11 2024. I received one item on. 14th, the other on 18th, the last was supposed to be collected. How so? The item received on 18th was wrong model which didn't look new. I logged a return but on the 3rd

The worst service ever. I ordered 3 items on Dec 11 2024. I received one item on. 14th, the other on 18th, the last was supposed to be collected. How so? The item received on 18th was wrong model which didn't look new. I logged a return but on the 3rd Jan 2025, no collection yet. So disappointed
