The worst service ever !!!!! Horrible horrible!!

I placed an order with Makro on the 30th of January.. I have not received my order to date… An order that said I will get in 2-3 working days.. I’ve been calling them following up since Monday and I have received no help at all.. Makro can I get my groceries please .. You guys have not been helpful at all.. What is your mind telling you when you have an un honoured delivery that you were supposed to make 6days ago and it’s still in your hands..
