The worst service ever

I purchased items online on the 26th of March 2023, I got an email on the 28th that an item was delivered which was never received. After numerous calls the item gets delivered without any explanation nor feedback. The rest of the items were never delivered. On the 31st I was promised that my items will be delivered the same day. I made numerous calls I wasted over R500 making calls and 15 days later still no delivery nor call from Makro Sa instead I get promises that were never fulfilled. I then asked for the order to be canceled on the 5th of April since I am not getting any help, then they decide not to process the cancellation nor deliver the items. I then call on Sunday the 09 and get told that the branch manager for woodmead makro is not at work and neither is Lucky. Then the online team promises go get back to me before the end of yesterday but no one called. I then call back and was promised that Busisiwe will call me back. To this hour no one called. I then call the store to try to cancel the order and the reply I get is am I aware that the refund will take longer than delivery. Makro SA you don't deserve even a 1 star. How do you explain 2 to 5 days delivery that turned to over 14days n still no delivery.
