The worst service ever!

I had the worst service at Makro Carnival city, the lady at the till was 1.rude 2. Made us wait for over 10 minutes to have her friend come pay while we had already waited in queue for over 20 minutes due balckfriday coming up. After having hey friend pay, she claimed she hurt her hand and wanted to move us to another till after waiting so long, took her sweet time while we were waiting, people who were in line after us ended leaving before us because she just didn’t want to help. She had long conversations with her friend on the other till( who was working and actually took 3 more clients while we were waiting) She kept complaining about the queue and how people should leave their groceries and come back tomorrow. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a retail store. Will definitely not be using this Makro again. Her name is Motshabi Manyaapelo. What a horrible and rude person to have at a tillpoint. If I could give -10 stars I would!!!!
