The Worst Service!!!

Absolutely terrible service from the online store. I purchased a treadmill from the online store and they stated the delivery time is 2-5 days when I followed up 6 days later I was first told that it’s been sent to another branch to fulfil, The matter was escalated and when I phoned later I was told its been dispatched and will arrive that same day, but when I phoned again in the afternoon to find out where it is I was told a different story that they are still waiting for feedback from the branch. I phone again this morning (Day 7) and I was told its already been dispatched and will arrive later today. I called again at 3:30pm to find out where it is, and I was told again that it’s been sent to a different branch to fulfil the order without any real answers. I have phoned 4 times since and every time the agent asks me to hold while they ask for feedback but then hangs up the phone after a few minutes.

This service is simply unacceptable!!!
