The worst Online shopping experience

I have never struggled like this!! I a regular online shopper and never in my life have I experience such pathetic service. I order 2 tablets on the 23rd of October till now I have not received my goods despite their 2-5 days delivery promise! Every time I call in I am told someone will call me back. I am never ever ordering anything online from Makro. As I write this, I've been on hold for close to 30 minutes!
