THE WORST ONLINE SERVICE MAKRO !!!!!

I experience the worst service ever. I purchased a microwave online on the 10 of July waited for 7 days and received my order on the 17 only to get a wrong order I called Makro numerous times and they said they will send someone to pick up the wrong order and deliver the right one.This was supposed to take 48 to 72 hours according to them but I’m still waiting for my order and no one has come to pick up the wrong item.I have been calling them and all I’m getting is we will escalate the matter and we will update you with the progress of your case but that’s a lie they don’t communicate with me in any form of communication I have to call them and I get the same response all the time. I’m am so tired I don’t even know what to do at this point if there was another place I could report this to I would because why I would I spend my money to be drained this much. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AT MAKRO !!!
