The Worst Customer Service from Value Express and Makro

Yho! I have never received such bad service in my life. Such nonchalant and unprofessional people who do not even care to communicate the basics?! I am extremely disappointed at Makro for choosing a company that does not care about its customers. I deeply regret my decision of choosing Makro for such a crucial event over the festive season. SO much money was spent with two orders that are missing and in the hands of this *****ulent courier company - one of my waybill numbers received from Makro does not even exist on their website! I have called multiple times with the hopes that I would get answers and my parcel delivered before my event.
