The worst.
I ordered something on 6 Feb and I'm still waiting for it on 29 April. Makro is pretty much the worst e-commerce store since the 'net was invented.
I've had over 20 calls with their call center and email trails with the subject line "Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: " so imagine the pain.
Even if items are on crazy specials, don't bother buying from Makro because you'll end up settling for a refund and R100 down on phone calls.
