THE WASTE SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED- MAKRO ONLINE
I've ordered a watch set on 2024/09/09. I kept tracking the order and the wasn't no movement at all which is concerning. Called on 2024/09/13, the agents gave me run arounds, one agent just muted the mic until my airtime ran out mxm. I'm so mad that i had to cancel my leave as i thought my order would arrive at least Tuesday. They keep telling me the supplier isn't answering the calls and my order hasn't been packed at all. I keep chatting to different agents but not help at all. Today they say my order isn't dispatched. Guys AVOID ordering online with makro, they the worst. This is the most worse experience i've had!! no more !!

17 Sept 2024, 21:21My order has been canceled and you proceed the refund but it's wrong amount. You proceeded R400 instead of R450! Nah don't **** me like that. Include the delivery fee I paid assomblief. Aker nothing was delivered? Do the right thing tuu
