The sound department

Dear Makro Strubensvallei

So on saturday the 14th Dec 2019, I went to your store in strubensvallei to get Sony 5.1 sound system, at first i checked on your web site and you had low stock, 2 of your employee's insisted the sound is out of stock, Then i asked the lady by the name Lerato, as i was desperate and needed that type of sound system and couldn't drive to other branches, She asked me nicely to wait and she will check at the back if they have any stock, I saw few customers while i was waiting being chased back and i was told they chased quite few prior because they do not have stock, Lerato left us waiting for more than 30 Minutes, I even told my cousin, She should be building or manufacturing the sound from scratch and no way she will be back without the sound, Guess what? Few minutes later there she was with a huge box, WoW after so long. SHE DID IT. The question is how did she get that while her colleagues in that floor says there is no stock, Someone even told her she is wasting her time, What an incredible service we had. Employee who does all in their best to sort customers out, She is a keeper. If Lerato says no stock i'm telling she done all she could and definitely you will not have stock, She goes all out. She did that for us this past week. Lerato you is the best. Keep it up. IT will pay out eventually.
