THE RUDENESS OF SECURITY GUARDS

After A lovely shopping, we paid , we stood in line with my dad to get our slips checked as per the policy at Makro.

My dad was in line with the two trolley's and I was at the back with one. My dad asked one one the security guards is she going to check everything one by one? And she a security guard whose name is (Boniwe ) rep**** by saying yes. Ohk fine a few moments later she was done check and my dad left the shop and i remained behind.

As I was standing waiting to exit the shop the security guard by the name of Boniwe the one that checked my dads trolley went to her colleague by the name of Busisiwe Ndlovu and makes the comment of" Some customers are annoying they want you to be doing your job they way they want and she says "sies" (she said it in zulu)

Then I ask them both "do you guys have no shame to say such things in front of a customer worst of all that person you talking about his my dad and I'm going with him how rude". Then I tell them that I will take this further and report you guys to your manager " Busisiwe replies by saying go ahead". Then I ask can I use your pen so I can write your name down she goes "no use yours". Ohk fair enough I searched for my pen and managed t get they names

So from how I see it these security guards can say just anything and they will get away with it, I hope I am wrong.
