The most pathetic On-Line service in South Africa

the very first time we tried the online ordering from Makro and its turned out to be a complete mess. The crucial groceries are staggered over 5 separate deliveries. I contacted the Customer support division begging them to change the order from delivery to self pick-up where the agent confirmed that she updated the system. This however never happened and now we had to make alternative arrangements. This would therefore be the last time we are using this service. The call center department is considered just as useless for even after all the arrangements made do we see the complete opposite.
