The most inconvenience horrible shopping experience
On the 17th of May 2025 I Messages on the whatsaap platform and recived this
Surprise surprise nothing else was communicated no reference number issued cannnot track the progress this is pathetic the order is was placed on the 30th of April 2025 Response on may 17th at 10:23 am Please note that the refund is still being processed, should reflect in 7 to 14 working days. And you will receive a notification from the bank when refund is successfully paid to your account.

Update
After numerous years emails and 2 calls Still no refund i even emailed the Regional Manager .With no hope at this point i give up i will just write it off as we clearly wont get anywhere,the items where inexpensive and could have been replaced within a day .
