The Makro's (2-5 days) delivery promise is false advertisment.

I bought items online on the 6 Feb 2018 and now it is the 15 Feb 2018 and I still have not received the items. I tried calling in to find out what was the hold up and the call centre consultants would just keep transferring your call to the next person or just hang up on you. This is very irritating because I needed the stuff for a particular day and now it has passed thanks to your false adverti*****t. The most irritating thing is when I want to come and fetch the stuff I am told that it is not ready but we have long passed the 5 day period. This is the Makro in Montague Gardens and they are supposed to deliver in Cape Town CBD.
