Its a simple procedure really! The law allows you to return goods if you do not need them or they are faulty. Trying to return a new iron to Makro Riversands is like mission impossible. Really, its easier to solve world hunger.

Maybe if they employed honest people who do not lie and were not hired of a skin colour quota, then things would work but at present, there are a bunch of people who stare at you clueless when you ask them anything and they just think that by telling you some lies you will go away.
