The fall of Makro?

The biggest problem at the moment which could lead to a tarnished reputation for Makro is their discerning lack of communication. Many a big business has fallen when they have adopted this mindset of "We don't need to communicate effectively with our customers" which leads to disgruntled customer faster than later. Keeping clientele in the dark about their return payments, missed delivery dates, or not even returning their promised email communications has become a norm for Makro.
