The cartridge solution
Makro market place is a bad platform we got block on the makro seller portal over a company we don’t know that is link to us some how we don’t know they have taken us out completely and it’s Been over 60 days the are holding our payments for no reason over R45K owed to us they don’t reply to any of our emails the service is so bad I was a new seller on makro got blocked in a month over something that’s got nothing to do with my company. So I think other market place are way much better then makro

14 May 2025, 14:22After taking this number I have called and sent WhatsApp messages got blue ticked with no reply the service is so pathetic. Sent emails to get help to why my account is blocked over a company I don’t even know they will reply to say sorry we will sort out your query then u will never get any response makro marketplace is not to be trusted
Good luck to anyone who will be a part of that platform till when things get bad u will be in the dark as I’m With no proper evidence or any good explanation you will be out for good I will stay with Takealot and Amazon no problem for this kind
