Thanks for great customer service
I submitted a return enquiry via the online store yesterday at 5:57 PM. I wanted to return numerous items on various invoices which were past Makro's 14 day return policy. Jacob from Makro Silver Lakes called me and left a voice message at 02:57 PM to say that I could return the goods and followed this up with an email at 02:57 PM. A super young lady (sorry I didn't ask her name!) systematically and efficiently worked through my 4 long invoices and refunded me for the returned goods this afternoon. <br> <br> Thanks for great customer service particularly after having to put up with 3 other miserable suppliers on the work front this week.<br>
